Lima Rebuild Test Structures

DRS was contracted by the USACE-Louisville District for the construction of two new test structures and the demolition of existing test structures. New test ramp is a pyramid-shaped concrete structure used to test the capabilities of tanks to drive up/down/across an inclined surface. New test pit included automation capability for the fill, release, and heating of water for manufactured tanks to be tested driving through. The old concrete ramp was deconstructed and reconstructed for further test use, an old earthen ramp was removed, and two concrete test pits and associated utilities were removed. New water, storm, sewer, electric, and fiber were installed on the test track.
